Free Electricity

Save Your Money with Free Electricity At Home
By: Yudha Urawa

The costs of our monthly energy bills have increased dramatically. How would you like to cut your monthly electric bill drastically? Now thanks to the Energy 4 Green system you need not invest thousands of dollars on factory made windmills and solar panels.

Free electricity can be generated from natural resource such as sunlight and wind. If you using the renewable energy resources like solar and wind energy resources can easily be used to create unlimited free electricity for your home. In order to generate free electricity for your home you need a power generator. It can be either a solar power generator or wind energy generator.

Solar power generation

Solar power is generated using solar panels. The solar panels are generally made up of two layers of silicon n-type (negative) silicon and p-type (positive) silicon. To make a solar power generator, you would need a solar panel, a battery to store power, cables, dc meter, an ac inverter, dc input, and mounting gear. You will be able to run small appliances with this setup.

The photovoltaic solar panels absorb sunlight, converting its energy into electricity. During the sunny months, this electricity heats, cools, powers appliances, fills the hot water tank, and provides energy to cook. This hydrogen is stored in tanks, and when energy from the stored hydrogen is needed, the hydrogen flows to a fuel cell where it is converted back into electricity.

Wind power generation

Wind power is green renewable energy. Wind generators convert the power of the wind to electric power and are quite efficient. You can actually build your own wind power generator from auto parts at very low cost and generate free electricity. Residential wind turbines or wind generators can produce all or part of your power requirements.

With the right conditions, a residential wind power generator can produce all of the electricity you require. You may actually produce more power than you require and in many areas you can sell the excess power to the power company.

Can you really reduce the electricity bill and save money? Of course you can reduce the electricity bill. There is no need to buy electricity anymore using free clean energy resources is a very smart idea to get rid of that high electricity bill. It is a pretty simple work to build your own solar and wind power systems to save money as never before. You can save more money and lower your living cost if switch to free power consumption.

Electrical Cable

Electrical Cables

By: Yudha Urawa

A cable is two or more wires or ropes running side by side and bonded, twisted or braided together to form a single assembly. An optical cable contains one or more optical fibers in a protective jacket that supports the fibers. Mechanical cable is more specifically called wire rope.

Electrical cable is a medium to distribute electricity. A power cable consists of conductor and insulator. Electrical cables are known in various configurations for various applications. Electric power cables for medium and high voltage typically include a central core electrical conductor of copper or aluminum, an overlaying semi conductive conductor shield, an electrical insulation layer formed over the conductor shield, a semi conductive insulation shield and a metallic shield overlaying the insulation shield.

Electrical cables may be made more flexible by stranding the wires. In this process, smaller individual wires are twisted or braided together to produce larger wires that are more flexible than solid wires of similar size. Tight lays during stranding makes the cable extensible (CBA - as in telephone handset cords).

A coaxial electrical cable for high speed transmission of electric signals generally comprises a metallic inner conductor surrounded by a dielectric insulating material, which in turn is surrounded by an electrically-conductive outer material that provides a shield against passage of extraneous external electrical signals or noise.

Any current-carrying conductor, including a cable, radiates an electromagnetic field. Likewise, any conductor or cable will pick up energy from any existing electromagnetic field around it. The second solution is to route cables away from trouble. Beyond this, there are particular cable designs that minimize electromagnetic pickup and transmission. Three of the principal design techniques are shielding, coaxial geometry, and twisted-pair geometry.

Hydro Power

Hydro Power As An Energy Alternative

By Yudha Urawa

The world faces an energy crisis. A variety of solutions have been proposed for this: an expansion of nuclear power, drilling for oil in previously protected areas such as Alaska and Antarctica, increased research into energy-saving technology and a large-scale switch to renewable energy. The latter can be split into a variety of areas, the main ones being solar power, wind power and hydro power. The most common large scale hydro power systems are incorporated into dams and reservoirs. The potential energy of the stored water is transformed into usable power. Tidal barrage systems operate across the mouths of river estuaries, where the ebb and flow of the tide can be exploited to provide energy.

Simple Hydro Power model: (Head(ft) x Flow in Cubic Feet per Second) / 11.8 = KW output. or (Head(ft) x Flow in Cubic Feet per Second) / 8.8 = HP output. There is also an instream flow requirement that sets a minimum flow for continued health of the stream critters between the intake and power house. The variable jet control combined with the extra nozzle and pelton turbine gives a better range of efficiencies for our variable flow regime. Just add water!

The benefits of such hydro power systems are clear, once constructed, the energy produced is cheap and clean when compared to other power sources, the amount of pollution produced is minimal. Hydro power other benefits, among other as long as the water is there in sufficient quantity, hydro stations can generate power 24/7, microhydro systems produce no pollutants, large dams can be useful for flood control. Hydro power, but also has some shortages, among other , the reservoirs created by large dams and mega-dams destroy local habitats, large hydroelectric dams are expensive to build, large hydroelectric dams can only be used in a limited number of places those with large water supplies, damming rivers and streams changes the natural waterways, diverting water from areas that depend on it.

Solar Hot Water

Solar Hot Water

By Yudha Urawa

Solar Hot Water is the H2O heated using energy from sun that is Solar Energy. The solar heating systems is generally used to heat water for home, business and industrial usage. Solar hot water systems are storage systems that can provide up to 90% of your hot water for free. Solar heating systems is composed of solar thermal collectors and a fluid system to move the heat from the collector. The system have tank for heat storage. To heat water using sun's energy, a collector is secured on wall facing the sun. The most common solar water heating systems are active systems. It is basically used in residential solar water heating applications. Solar hot water heating systems are a great way to effectively conserve energy and reduce your energy bill.

Solar water heaters can be used in any climate. The fuel used to run a solar heater is sunshine. A solar water heater can reduce your water heating bill by fifty to eighty percent. Aside from reducing your energy bill right now, a solar heating system will protect you from future energy price increases. Using solar power to heat your water will significantly reduce your carbon footprint. Solar heaters can be installed in combination with backup systems.

There are two thoughts when it comes to a solar hot water heater, depending on the location your hoping to put the hot water, solar panels might not be required. Nevertheless, to provide hot water through your entire home a solar hot water heater must be connected to an adequate number of solar panels to charge your batteries once the hot water usage is completed.

Typically in a solar hot water heater the heat will transfer the water into pipes or other types of storage systems then it is exposed it to sunlight, heating the water contained in the pipes. In a solar hot water heater the storage tank needs to be very well insulated to keep the water's heat level elevated.

A solar heating system is composed of solar thermal collectors that move the heat to its point of usage and a reservoir or tank for heat storage. The system may be used to heat domestic hot water, swimming pool water or for space heating. The system pumps cold water to a collector to be heated. The heated water flows back to a collection tank.

Essentially, solar water heating systems consist of a water storage tank and its solar collectors. The solar collectors are used to collect solar energy (which heats water), and the tanks store the heated water. 75% of the energy consumption of the average home is for hot water and heating. The most economical and effective way of using solar power is through the use of solar heating, and solar hot water heaters. Many passive systems depend on the water temperature to move water to the storage tank as cold water sinks to the bottom and hot water ends up rising to the top.

solar battery

Solar Battery Charger

By Yudha Urawa

For two centuries the world has relied upon fossil fuel, mostly coal and oil, for almost every form of power. It lights our homes, powers our appliances and drives our cars. Unfortunately fossil fuels rely on combustion to release their power. Most houses will use less power during the day, and much less in the summer which is the peak power producing time for solar panels. To be effective this power must be stored somehow.

When you purchase a solar home installation with battery backup, one of the components you will need to select is a solar Charge Controller. Solar panels produce direct current, meaning the electricity from the panels flows in only one direction. The quality of the charge controller will directly affect the life of the backup batteries. When the battery is depleted of charge, the lead plates inside the battery are corroded.

The way a Solar Charger works is simple. The solar panel of the battery charger collects energy from the sun and converts this into electricity. One popular way of storing solar power is by connecting the solar panels to the existing electrical grid, effectively turning it into a massive solar battery. Any power outages can still affect these solar panel set-ups, but no rechargeable batteries have to be used.

Selecting a good quality charge controller will maximize the life of these batteries in a solar home system. Solar battery chargers are not a matter of fashion, they are gaining popularity with very good reasons. Most solar chargers are equipped with plug kits which match to variety of electric devices. There is no usage cost when using a solar battery charger as opposed to the utility electricity charger.

Now, there are many different types of solar battery chargers, as well as different types of batteries you might want to charge. As all solar battery chargers use some type of solar panel, the amount of power they generate generally depends on the size of the panels. Solar panels are made up of individual solar cells. The more solar cells there are on a solar panel, the more electricity they create. You might ask why one uses a solar charger to charge a battery, instead of just directly running one's equipment from a solar panel.

There are a variety of solar battery chargers and other portable solar power devices available on the market today. Typical batteries, especially lithium ion, have high capacity for storing power, but deliver a weak output and recharge slowly.

In comes the solar battery charger that allow you more independence when it comes to charging your batteries. Solar battery chargers are great for when you are camping or on a road trip. A solar battery charger can be used for more then cell phones, though. Give a solar battery charger a try and see what a difference it makes.

solar heating

Active And Passive Solar Heating

Solar heating increasingly popular. Active and passive solar heating is usually used for special equipment. When you engage in active solar heating, you capture the sun’s rays and then convert them into energy for use around the home.

On active and passive solar heating, the word passive is not what it means in other contexts. When someone is exercising passive solar heating, you usually can’t tell at all. You can get the active and passive solar heating. Many new home in the wake using the method of passive solar heating in their homes, while others do so through a little remodeling and conservation techniques that have in their homes.

Currently, the solar panel looks much more interesting. When choosing active and passive solar heating, you may be more interested in using solar passive. Rectangular building with a floor can be planned to maximize the use of the position of the east and west.

Active Solar

Active solar technologies convert the sun's energy into light, heat, or store heat for use in the future. collection system and solar energy utilization does not use external energy, such as the solar chimney, are classified as passive solar technologies.

An active solar home has a solar collector and heat storage. In general, the active solar house requires more cost to build. An active house usually keep the temperature more stable as the heat collecting system handles the temperature swings.

Passive solar

Passive solar technology is a means of using sunlight for energy without using a mechanical system is active (as contrasted to active solar). Technology that uses most of the conventional energy to power pumps or fans active solar technology. Passive solar technologies, including direct and indirect solar gain for space heating, solar water heating system based on the thermosiphon, use of heat and mass phase-change material for slowing indoor air temperature swings, solar cookers, solar chimney to improve the natural ventilation and earth sheltering.

Small Power Generators

Executive summary about Power Generator by
Munyaradzi Chinongoza

Electrical generators are used to produce electricity by converting mechanical energy (energy created by a motorized or automated system) into electrical energy. So as to power up some device that relies on electricity; power generator is the more generic term used for any system that uses some mechanism to create power.

Fuel cells differ from normal power generators in a major way, in that they produce power by producing electrons directly, (thus achieving the end result of electric energy without the need for mechanised, kinetic energy process.)

Some of the more readily known examples include the likes of solar powered generators as well as wind turbines, with wind-powered generators currently a firm favourite.

So how do these wind powered generators (also known as turbines) actually work then? The wind powered generators are designed like a giant fan on a large "stalk", as the wind blows the propellers of the fan, this kinetic energy is then converted into electrical energy which can be used to power any sort of electrical equipment.

3 Advantages of Homemade Wind Turbines

Executive summary about power generator by
Max Loodlin

The market of green energy is growing at an incredibly rapid rate and at the forefront of this movement is wind power. Wind can be used to power large farms or buildings but it can also be used to power a person's home. Here are 3 reasons why you should be using wind to generate energy for your home.

1. Environmentally Friendly

Using wind to power your home is a great way to help out the environment. Since wind power is a green form of energy, it does not produce any pollutants and is entirely renewable. Generating energy through wind is one of the most effective ways of doing this.

2. Cheap To Do

Building your own wind turbine may sound like a daunting task that requires tons of money to invest, but it is actually relatively cheap. Finding the right guide can potentially save you hundreds of hours of research as well as thousands of dollars.

3. Make Some Serious

One of the most appealing advantages of using homemade wind turbines is that you will save a ton of cash. In addition to eliminating your energy bill every month you can actually sell unused energy back to your utility company. Green energy is free energy. Why not make a homemade wind turbine and take advantage of what renewable energy has to offer?

wind generator

You Can Make Your Own Wind Generator

By Yudha Urawa

Wind power is another alternative source of energy besides solar power. The attraction of wind power is because of the unlimited supply and cost free energy.

Wind flow patterns are modified by vegetation, the earth's terrain, and bodies of water. The words wind energy describes the process by which the wind is used to generate mechanical power or electricity. A turbine converts the kinetic energy in the wind into mechanical power. Instead of consuming electricity, it makes electricity.

Do you know you can make your own wind generator at home to take advantage of wind power. Components For Wind Generator

Building a wind generator is a great project for your family. Spend weekend learning about the benefits of wind power verses electricity produced at a plant and teach this to your children. Devote the weekend to working together to build your wind powered generator. Many people are turning to Wind Generators to provide power to their homes. Familiarize yourself with the distinct parts of the generator. These parts consist of the blades, hub, body, towel and the tower for the wind generator.

If you buy ready made wind generator, it will cost you thousands of dollars, not to mention the installation fees. The hassle part of building a wind generator yourself is to find the best cheap supplier to buy different components of your wind generator with high quality. If the area where you live has little to no wind, then building a wind generator is virtually useless.

Building the blades and hub are by far the most time consuming part of the entire project. The material you will need to build the blades and hub are easily accessible. While you are building these parts, order the motor for the wind generators.

The motor is the heart of the generator and is what converts the wind to energy. Recycled stainless steel, double wall chimney pipe is a great material to use as the body for the wind generator. Furnace dealers may have this recycled material, as well. Let your artistic flair shine through when designing your wind generator tail.

There are two main types of wind turbines: the vertical-axis turbine, and the horizontal-axis turbine. Horizontal-axis turbines usually have two or three blades. Larger turbines are grouped together into wind farms, which provide bulk power to the electrical grid. Small turbines are sometimes used in connection with diesel generators, batteries, and photovoltaic systems.

Residential Wiring Diagrams

By Yudha Urawa

Residential wiring diagrams are diagrams for completing Electrical wiring projects in a home. An electrical wiring diagram can be as simple as a diagram showing how to install a new switch in a hallway, or as complex as the complete electrical blueprint for a new home.

A good wiring diagram shows the placement of the various wires so the project can be completed in a safe manner.

Drawings that contain wiring diagrams also contain symbols which are recognized and adopted as an industry standard within each category or application.

Wire Colors

The wires are colored the same as the actual wires being used. In some instances, such as some switch legs, the function of the wires is indicated by colored electrical tape.

Electrical wiring diagrams that are in color have an advantage over ones that are black and white only. The wires will be colored the same as the actual wires you will be using.

Symbols

Electrical wiring diagrams that are in color have an advantage over ones that are black and white only. The wires will be colored the same as the actual wires you will be using.

For example, a surface ceiling light will be shown by one symbol, a recessed ceiling light will have a different symbol, and a surface fluorescent light will have another symbol.

Switches

Once you understand the different types of switches and follow a good wiring diagram, you should be able to install a new switch in your home.

A Single-Pole Switch provides switching from one location only. "Single-Pole" may sound simple, can be wired different ways and a set of electrical wiring diagrams explains each of them clearly.

There are many ways to wire a 3-Way Switch. A wiring diagram will even take the mystery out of wiring a 3-Way Dimmer Switch. One of the most complicated wiring configurations is a 4-Way Switch. As important as electrical wiring diagrams are to the successful completion of your wiring project, safety and respect for electricity are essential.

As important as electrical wiring diagrams are to the successful completion of wiring projects, safety and respect for electricity are essential. Although wiring diagrams give detailed instructions on completing a wiring project, they can’t replace common sense.

Who Needs Residential Wiring Diagrams

You will benefit from using residential wiring diagrams if you plan on completing electrical wiring projects in your home. An electrical wiring diagram can be as simple as a diagram showing how to install a new switch in your hallway, or as complex as the complete electrical blueprint for your new home.

With Outdoor Lighting You Can Enjoy Your Garden Into The Evening Hours

Executive summary about Solar lighting by Kevin Brown

Whether you are looking to brightly light a patio or deck, or simply add some atmospheric lighting in your garden, there are endless options with outdoor lighting.

There are a few different options when it comes to lighting your backyard environment. The most common types of outdoor lights are:
1) Low voltage
2) Solar

Solar Lighting

Each light works by having a solar panel on top of the light fixture. The sun light charges the solar panels during the day, and when the sun goes down, the solar cells, which should be fully charged illuminate the lights.

The obvious disadvantages to this type of light are that they do not stay brightly lit for long. There is only a limited time that the light will shine, until the solar cells run out of charge and the light fades out. The other disadvantage to a solar light is that the light is not very bright. Low Voltage Lighting

Low voltage lighting is the way to go if you are looking to cast a little bit more light on the situation. If you choose low voltage, you will have many more options than with solar lights however the lights are likely to cost you more.

Low voltage lights are an excellent choice if you are looking to illuminate a pathway or walkway in your yard or garden. These lights will provide enough light so that you will be able to see your way, however it will not be over lit either.

When you start shopping for outdoor light fixtures, you may become overwhelmed. A popular type of light is the natural looking one. Whatever type of lighting you choose to go with for your backyard or garden, the options are endless.

Electrical Jobs: Electrician Jobs

Executive summary about Electrical Jobs by Steve Andrew

Most electricians tend to specialize either in construction or in maintenance work, even though an increasing number of electricians can do both. For electricians specialized in construction work, it mainly consists of installing wiring systems into newly built houses, businesses, and factories. For electricians specialized in maintenance work, it consists mainly in maintaining and upgrading existing electrical systems or repairing electrical equipment.

But maintenance work can vary greatly depending on where the electrician is employed. For instance, an electrician who works in a residential area will not to the same maintenance work than an electrician employed in a factory. How to become an electrician? Most apprenticeship electrician programs are sponsored by union organizations.

Electrical Engineer

Electrical engineers are the people who create, improve and maintain electronic devices and equipments. As the field of work for electrical engineers is wide, there is a common distinction made between an electrical engineer and an electronic engineer. Electrical engineers typically deal with large-scale electrical systems such as power transmission and motor control, whereas electronic engineers typically deal with the study of small-scale electronic systems such as computers and integrated circuits

How to become an electrical engineer? If you want to embrace a career as an electrical engineer, you are generally required to graduate from college in engineering.

Power Generation Operators or Plant Technicians

Power generation operators or plant operators are at the source of the electricity production controlling the machinery that generates electricity. Power generation operators are in charge of the control and monitoring of boilers, turbines, generators, and auxiliary equipment in power-generating plants. For the operators working in plants with automated control systems, their work is mostly done in a central control room and they are typically called control room operators or control room operator trainees or assistants. How does one become a power generation operator? Selected candidates will follow an extensive training program before starting their duties as power generation operators.

Lineman or Line Technician Jobs

Linemen or line technicians are the people who install, maintain and repair the networks of electrical power lines which deliver electricity from generating plants to customers. Despite with electricity lines requires different and specialized knowledge of transformers, electrical power distribution systems, and substations, the procedures for installing electrical and telecommunication lines are quite complex.

Lineman and line technician jobs often consists of installing new lines by constructing utility poles, towers, and underground trenches to carry the wires and cables. While working on poles and towers, installers first use truck-mounted buckets to reach the top of the structure or physically climb the pole or tower. Linemen also implement new service for customers and installing network equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, switches, fuses, and other equipment to control and direct the electrical current.

Substation Operators or Switchmen Jobs

If the power requirements change, substation operators have to start or stop distributing lines and switch them between the circuits.

These workers work at the micro-level of power generation and distribution. Switchmen are also the operators in charge of taking immediate emergency switching when power plant operators anticipate an issue in the power distribution. Often, they also can take decisions related to power distribution or warning power plants about potential issues regarding power dispatch.

How to become a substation operator or switchman? You have to know that by starting a substation operator or switchman, which is the entry-level, you may be promoted as a power generation operator or dispatcher.

Transmission System Operators

Transmission System Operators (TSO) are part of the network and play a key role. Transmission system operators are working on electrical lines with very high voltage, above 100,000 Volts, and they use transformers to reduce the voltage, below 66,000 Volt, for electrical power distribution. How does one become a transmission system operator? You have to know that as most power generation plant or control system operators, most entry-level transmission system operators will first start as helpers or laborers. The job market for transmission system operator is very limited and very competitive because of the small number of potential recruiters.

10 ADVANTAGES OF ELECTRIC BIKES

1. Hill climbing This may sound obvious, but this is the biggest advantage. A good electric bike effectively flattens hills, increasing the average speed and eliminating the 'groan' factor when a gradient comes at the point of view. Whenever you provide a reasonable amount of effort, you can expect to climb hills of 1 to 10 (10%) in an electric bike with ease, and clear a maximum gradient of 1 in 7 (14%) or more. In the mountainous country, the impact is not short of miraculous.

2. Security It seems unlikely, right? But the math is heartbreaking. To think of a steep and busy road, cars go up to 30 mph. If you previously slogged up the hill at 6 mph, but the computer in the same gradient at 12 mph on an electric bike, you will see a 33% fewer vehicles, and will go 18 mph instead of 24 mph. Or at least, that we believe is right. Whatever the number, there is no doubt that an electric bike helps to keep out of danger. The same general principles of the road crossings - the fastest of its time, you can get out of trouble. And no need to rush into the hills, which are not tempted to ride in the neck speed ... safety of other useful features.

3. Operating expenses Buy a small amount is more than a conventional bike, mechanical wear is practically the same, and electricity is so cheap as irrelevant to the great, but there is an additional cost in terms of battery depreciation. Therefore, an electric bike costs more to run - usually 5-8 pence per mile against 4.2 pence per mile for a non-assisted bicycle (a). However, the electric bike running costs should really be compared to those of a moped or a car, when the electric bike replaces car mileage. On cars cost 50 to 80 pence per mile, an electric bike can save a lot of money.

4. Health Personnel Sala a conventional bike will keep you installer? That, of course, depends on how much - if at all - to use it. Research (b) has found that 46% of conventional bikes are used only once or twice a week, with more than 30% use once a month or even less. By contrast, a recent survey of electric bicycle owners reveals that one third of his bike ride at least once a day and 81% use the bike at least once a week (c). The figures confirm our experience that an electric bike is usually used at least twice as often as a conventional machine. Due to mount the electric bicycle is much more pleasant in the mountainous country, with strong winds, or when carrying heavy loads, users tend to make better use of them. The engine provides up to half the effort, but rather the regular use means more exercise for the trip.

5. No problem! The sweat will not be a serious problem when a leisure trip, but more importantly if you're cycling to work. Although some people are employed against the will instead provide showers and other facilities for cyclists, the vast majority has no intention of doing so. An electric bike eliminates the problem of origin. Curiously, no sweat on an electric bicycle, even put the same amount of effort to make a general bicycle. This is because you go faster, and the 'cold wind' effect is greater, you are keeping cool. In hot weather, it is possible to maintain a normal schedule by transferring a bit more burden on the electric motor. In the cold weather - or if you feel you need the exercise - just throttle back, or turn the engine off.

6. Clean & Green Obviously, motorcycles electrical energy consumed, where a conventional bikes are not (provided that ignoring the environmental cost of growing and processing food - see below). However, the value of enerhiyang used is too small compared to a moped, motorcycle or car. Except for fuel consumption are the only batteries, and can be used again when life expired. As for the users of energy, electric bikes typically consume fuel at an average rate of 100 to 150 watts of electricity enerhiyang that, against 15,000 or more for a car (certainly faster travel, the outskirts of less). In terms of fuel consumption, an electric bike is approximately 800-2000mpg (280 to 700 km / liter) (d). No other commercially available vehicle can match figures of this sort. If it is difficult to put the numbers in your own life, you believe that a 100-watt light bulb burning for one night - that enough energy to propel an electrically-assisted bicycle 20 to 40 miles ...

7. Truly sustainable There are a lot of nonsense talked about sustainability in transport, but an electric bike can be truly sustainable. Purchase of electricity from a "green" vendor, or create your own with a roof-mounted windmill or solar panel array, and the vehicles' fossil fuel consumption is zero. Sala is a conventional bicycle that? Only if they grow the food they consume while riding. Unfortunately, most modern food production and distribution of fuel is so intense that the consumption of a typical rider is not too good. To see in practice, see our page on Climate Change.

8. Travel Faster In theory, a car can be a high average speed, but in practice often the speed drops below 10 mph in cities. The problem is congestion - motorcycles get around this to some extent, but this is still limited road network. An electric bike can maintain an average speed of more than a bicycle but take advantage of the same network of cycle facilities, giving access to routes that cars and motorcycles can not reach. The result is often a faster door-to-door travel time than any other way. And taking advantage of the uncongested cycle network, but Hills and elimination of headwinds, electric bikes are often the most consistent of the tours.

9. High resale value Electric bikes are new technologies, and these are early days, but the evidence points to a better resale value more than a conventional bicycle. True, a typical electric bike costs more to buy, and £ 400 - £ 1,000, but it seems that the majority will get back if you sell the machine.

10. Motor, but not the bureaucracy! You know how it is ... Mot, because of missing log books, insurance costs rising year on year. Electric bicycles are treated like ordinary bicycles for legislative purposes, so they have absolutely no registration fee or worry about. Of course, you are free to make sure the machine you want, but not the obligation to do nothing but enjoy!
